The invention relates to panic lock, which can be actuated by a key or by a button and in which an espagnolette slider (8) is provided in a main lock case (1), the espagnolette slider being non-rotatably drive-connected to espagnolettes (2, 3) and being secured against a displacement by a blocking device on the housing (7) of the main lock when the bolt (5) is pre-locked, wherein the blocking device is deactivated by unlocking by a key, and in which an alternating pressure piece (30) is provided for optionally actuating the espagnolette slider (8) by means of a button nut (9) or a cylinder, wherein the espagnolette slider (8) effects pre-locking and drawing back of the bolt (5). In order to provide an embodiment which can be actuated by a button and which is very secure against a re-pressing of the espagnolettes, the blocking device (40) is formed by a projection (36) on the alternating pressure piece (30) which blocks the bolt contrary to the pre-locking direction (41) in the locking position of the bolt (5). |
