1. A method of coating a substrate, comprising:
applying to the substrate a composition comprising graphene sheets, graphite, and a least one polymer having a melting point or glass transition temperature no higher than about 100° C., wherein the ratio by weight of graphite to graphene sheets is from about 50:50 to about 85:15; curing the composition at a temperature no greater than about 135° C. to form a coating; wherein the composition is applied to the substrate using one or more methods selected from the group consisting of: screen printing, gravure printing, offset printing, and flexographic printing; wherein the at least one polymer comprises an acid modified ethylene acrylate and/or an ethylene/methacrylic acid copolymer; and wherein the graphene sheets comprise atomic scale kinks. |
