A belt pulling exercise apparatus (100) includes an adjusting belt (1), one end thereof is fastened to a first ladder lock (11) and the other end thereof is passed through a second ladder lock (12); two connecting belts (2), one end of each is fastened to a first ring (21) which is passed through the connection of the adjusting belt (1) and the second ladder lock (12), and a second and a third rings (22,23) are respectively fastened to an upper and a bottom surfaces of each connecting belt (2); two elastic rope assemblies (3), each is arranged to the corresponding connecting belt (2), and one end of each elastic rope assembly (3) is connected to the third ring (23); and two hand grips (4), each is arranged at corresponding connecting belt (2) and corresponding elastic rope assembly (3), each hand grip (4) is detachably connected to the corresponding connecting belt (2) and the corresponding elastic rope assembly (3). |
