摘要 A method for constructing a building comprising the steps of: a) providing folded metal joist for scaffolding and bracing to provide the framework to support the forms of the beams; b) using C-purlins of different widths as bottoms forms to support the forms of the scaffoldings and placed right side up depending on the width of the beam; c) installing reinforcements on beams by securing means before the plywood side to the sides of the C-purlin; d) installing C-purlin which is adapted to supports along the plywood side forms to strengthen the installation before pouring a concrete; e) allowing the concrete to cure for one day, and thereafter removing the plywood forms and some of the C-purlins to be used to support the newly poured reinforced concrete beams until the curing period; f) using the dismantled C-purlins scaffoldings from the ground floor, begin scaffolding installation for the next floor level beams; g) lay-outing C-purlins upside down across the double C-purlin installation to form a grid pattern to act as scaffolding base supports for the next upper floor beams; h) begin installing the C-purlins scaffolding on the base supports as in step 1 and repeat the steps c to g; i) cleaning and repainting and recycling the dismantled C-purlin scaffoldings and forms; j) installing C-purlin floor joists at about 0.305 m.o.c with the length of a plywood or fiber cement board and welded on to the intermediate supports, or to the reinforced concrete beams; k) bridging the support bars for the floor joists and welded at each jOist-intermediate support intersection to stabilize the joists; I) providing floors of either marine the plyboards or fiber cement boards and laying-out on the floor joists and fastened by means of securing means at both ends of the boards and rest securely on half of a joist or on the beam; m) laying of steel reinforcement in a grid pattern spaced 0.30 m.o.c. or 0.35 m.o.c. on the boards and fastened together with tie wires; n) pouring a concrete of about .05 m. thick.
