The invention concerns a deposition device (10) for depositing a crimped wire (12) on a receiving surface (14), the deposition device (10) being characterised in that it comprises a support (16) and a depositing head (18) for depositing the crimped wire (12) on the receiving surface (14), said depositing head (18) comprising a right-hand conveyor (20D) and a left-hand conveyor (20G), each conveyor (20D,20G) transporting a plurality of elements (22) for gripping the wire (12), giving the wire (12) a crimped shape and bringing the crimped wire (12) to the receiving surface (14), the elements (22) of each conveyor (20D,20G) being aligned along a closed circuit unique to each conveyor, the elements (22) of each conveyor (20D,20G) extending towards the outside of the closed circuit of same, the elements (22) of each conveyor (20D,20G) being moved along the closed circuit of same, the right-hand conveyor (20D) and left-hand conveyor (20G) being mounted facing each other on the support (16) such that each element (22) of one of the conveyors (20D,20G) intersects the closed circuit in two locations followed by the elements (22) of the other conveyor (20D,20G) when said element (22) performs a complete turn of the closed circuit of the conveyor of same, and the moving of the elements (22) of one conveyor (20D,20G) being synchronised with the moving of the elements (22) of the other conveyor (20D,20G). |
