The preparation method of salviae miltiorrhizae is improved, the amount of water added to salviae miltiorrhizae is decreased, the number of decoction times is decreased, the decoction time is shortened, it is ensured that effective components of salviae miltiorrhizae are not damaged, the effective component tanshinone IIA for controlling indexes is detected through a high performance liquid chromatograph, the extraction rate reaches 75%, activity of all effective components is well kept, and the extraction rate is kept at a high level.
