Provided is a charging control circuit (100), comprising a charging unit (20); a plurality of power supply output ends (10) which are connected to a plurality of rechargeable batteries (200) respectively and are used for charging the plurality of rechargeable batteries (200); switch units (40), wherein the switch units (40) are connected between the charging unit (20) and the plurality of power supply output ends (10); a control unit (30) which is electrically connected to the switch units (40); and a mode switching unit (70) which is electrically connected to the control unit (30), wherein the control unit (30) is switched to a first charging mode or a second charging mode according to a switching signal sent by the mode switching unit (70) and outputs a corresponding switch signal to the switch unit (40); and the switch unit (40) switches the electric connection between the charging unit (20) and the plurality of power supply output ends (10) on or off according to the switch signal. The charging control circuit has two charging modes and the two charging modes can be switched according to user requirements, so the practicability is better. Also provided are a charging device, a charging system and a charging control method.
