Disclosed are an interactive processing method and device. The interactive processing method comprises: receiving a request operation which is configured to request the acquisition of an interactive voice response (IVR) voice or a web page; initiating a request for acquiring the web page corresponding to the IVR voice or initiating a request for acquiring the IVR voice corresponding to the web page according to a mapping relationship, wherein the mapping relationship is a mapping relationship between the web page and the IVR voice; and displaying the web page and the IVR voice to a user. The interactive processing method and device disclosed herein solve the problem that the related art cannot synchronously display a web page and an IVR voice, and can display a web page and an IVR voice associated with each other at the same time, thereby realizing the synchronization of the web page and the IVR voice. |
