A method, a device and a system for measuring quality of service operating in a terminal are provided by embodiments of the present invention. The method for measuring quality of service operating in a terminal in the present invention comprises: a terminal transmits a measurement request message to a network management device; the measurement request message is used for requesting the network management device to measure the quality of service; the terminal receives measurement configuration information sent by the network management device responding to the measurement request message, and dyes the packet of service stream during a preset measurement period according to the measurement configuration information so as to obtain a dyed packet; the terminal transmits at least one of the quantity information and time stamp information of the dyed packet to the network management device, so that the network management device determines quality of service according to at least one of the quantity information and time stamp information of the dyed packet. The embodiments of the present invention implement overall measurement of quality of service operating in the terminal.
