The present invention relates to the field of smart-device personalized configuration, and particularly relates to a system for preconfiguring user information. The system for preconfiguring user information is used for smart devices and comprises: an information online obtaining component, used for acquiring configuration information; a cloud information storage component, connected to said information online obtaining component and used for storing said configuration information acquired by said information online obtaining component and providing a function to search said stored information; an information storage component that is connected to said cloud information storage component and that retrieves the stored configuration information from said cloud information storage component and configures said smart device according to said configuration information. When a user purchases a smart device, the system acquires and sets on the smart device the user's personal information before the product reaches the user, thus completing personalized configuration such that the user may have a better experience with the smart device directly out of the box. |
