Disclosed are a limit device (10) and an unmanned aerial vehicle (100) having the limit device (10). The limit device (10) is used to connect a gimbal platform (23) and comprises: a fixed assembly (11) and a rotating member (12), wherein the rotating member (12) is connected to and rotatable relative to the fixed assembly (11), a rotating stand (125) in engagement with the gimbal platform (23) is arranged on one side of the rotating member (12), the rotating stand (125) can swing relative to the gimbal platform (23) so as to be engaged with or disengaged from the gimbal platform (23), and when the rotating stand (125) is engaged with the gimbal platform (23), the gimbal platform (23) can drive the rotation of the rotating member (12) via the rotating stand (125); and a quick release assembly (40), wherein the quick release assembly (40) is arranged on the fixed assembly (11), and when the gimbal platform (23) is disengaged, the gimbal platform (23) is detachably held on the fixed assembly (11) via the quick release assembly (40). The limit device (10) may rotate relative to the gimbal platform (23), and may implement rapid assembly and disassembly with the gimbal platform (23). |
