A spending limit acquisition, sending and interaction method, a PCRF, an OCS and an interaction system. The interaction method comprises: a PCRF acquiring position information about a specified position, and sending an SLR message with the position information and a policy counter to an OCS; the OCS acquiring the SLR message with the position information and the policy counter, determining the specified position according to the position information, and acquiring and sending a spending limit status which is at the specified position and is associated with the policy counter to the PCRF; and the PCRF acquiring the spending limit status. By means of the solution, an SLR message with position information about a specified position and a policy counter is provided, and spending limit statuses at only one or more specified positions are subscribed at a time, so that messages which are sent to the OCS by the PCRF are reduced, and therefore the system load is reduced. The existing interface can be utilized to implement the policy counter for subscribing to a specified position, and the implementation method is simple and efficient. |
