Disclosed are applications of Nicardipine in the preparation of products for treating lung cancer and products for prohibiting proliferation of lung cancer cells, wherein the lung cancer cells are small cell lung cancer cells or non small cell lung cancer cells, the small cell lung cancer cells are NCI-H446, the non small cell lung cancer cells are NCI-H524, and the products are drugs or reagent kits.
