The invention relates to an ultrasonic welding device comprising a generator for generating a high-frequency alternating voltage, a converter (2) for converting the alternating voltage into a mechanical ultrasonic vibration, and a sonotrode (1) for transmitting the ultrasonic vibration to a material to be processed. According to the invention, in order to provide an ultrasonic welding device of this type, which permits a simple and quick exchange of the sonotrode (1) and converter (2), without the risk of plug connectors wearing out and failing, and which permits an automation to be carried out more easily, an inductive coupler (6) is arranged between the generator and the converter for the transmission of the alternating voltage, said coupler having a primary circuit (5) with two input connections that are connected to one another via a primary winding, and having a secondary circuit (4) with two output connections that are connected to one another via a secondary winding, wherein the secondary circuit (4) is secured to the converter (2), and wherein the primary circuit (5) is secured to a coupling element that is not secured to the converter (2) and moves relative to the converter (2). |
