The present invention provides a wireless access control method and device, applied to a sender terminal, the method comprising: when a terminal sends control-type data, generating an authentication code according to a protocol reserved with a receiver; synthesizing, by the terminal, a message from the control-type data, the authentication code and a corresponding CRC check code group; and sending by the terminal the message to the receiver, such that the receiver can perform CRC checking on the received message, and once the message has passed checking, again generating an authentication code according to the reserved protocol, and comparing to determine whether or not the generated authentication code is the same as the received authentication code; if so, then performing parsing processing on the received control-type data; if not, then discarding the received control-type data. Thus, the present invention can realize real-time authentication by a terminal proactively initiating authentication, thereby avoiding the problem of an unauthorized terminal occupying a resource in any communications mode, and improving communications security between terminals.
