An electronic cigarette, an atomization device (10) thereof and an assembling method of the atomization device. The atomization device comprises an atomization component (14) comprising an atomization base (141), a heating piece (142) and a liquid guiding piece (143). The atomization base comprises a cylindrical body (1412) comprising an inserting end (1413). The side wall of the cylindrical body is provided with an opening groove (1414) along the longitudinal direction and communicated with the end face of the inserting end. The heating piece is in a cylinder shape and is arranged in the cylindrical body along the axial direction. An air flow channel is formed in the heating piece. The liquid guiding piece comprises a cylindrical liquid guiding body (1431) and at least one pair of splicing ends (1432) spliced together along the peripheral direction. The liquid guiding body is arranged around the outer circle of the heating piece. At least one splicing end in each pair of splicing ends extends to the outer side of the cylindrical body from a corresponding opening groove. Through the splicing ends, tobacco liquid outside the cylindrical body can be adsorbed easily, improving the liquid guiding performance, meanwhile, the liquid guiding piece can be inserted into the cylindrical body through the liquid guiding body formed after liquid guiding raw materials (1433) wind the heating piece, the extended part of the liquid guiding body can be cut off afterwards, forming the splicing ends, and improving the assembling efficiency. |
