Provided in the present invention are a data transmission method and device, the method comprising: determining S transmission sub-bands for a user equipment (UE), wherein the S transmission sub-bands do not overlap each other, and S is an integer greater than or equal to 2; transmitting reference signals on the S transmission sub-bands respectively, so as to enable the UE to select, based on measurements of channel quality of the reference signals on M transmission sub-bands of the S transmission sub-bands, at least two transmission sub-bands of the M transmission sub-bands, and accessing the at least two transmission sub-bands respectively, wherein M is an integer greater than or equal to 2 and less than or equal to S; transmitting data channel signals to the UE on the at least two transmission sub-bands respectively. |
