SYSTEMS, DEVICES AND METHODS FOR PERFORMING MEDICAL PROCEDURES IN THE INTESTINE

A system for performing a medical procedure in an intestine of a patient is provided, comprising a first catheter for insertion into the intestine, a console and one or more sensors. The first catheter comprises an elongate shaft comprising a distal portion, and a functional assembly positioned on the shaft distal portion and comprising at least one functional element. The console operably attaches to the first catheter functional assembly and comprises one or more variable console settings used to control the functional assembly. The one or more sensor are constructed and arranged to produce a sensor signal, and at least one console setting is configured to be adjusted based on the sensor signal. Methods and devices for performing a medical procedure in an intestine are also provided.
