Disclosed is a data transmission method. The method comprises: connecting to a local area network; broadcasting a first data packet carrying an identifier to the local area network, wherein the identifier comprises information of a network location where a client is located; checking whether a second data packet that is fed back by a reception end and that comes from the local area network is received, wherein the identifier carried by the first data packet is recorded in the second data packet; and if it is confirmed that the second data packet is received, sending, by means of a specific protocol, data to the reception end through the local area network; otherwise, confirming that the first data packet fails to be sent. The present invention also provides a data reception method, a data transmission apparatus, and a data reception apparatus. |
