This information processing device is provided with: a generation unit which generates web page data provided with a program for causing a terminal device that has accessed a web page to perform both a process for acquiring operation information relating to the web page and a process for transmitting the acquired operation information; a transmission unit which transmits the web page data to the terminal device; an operation information reception unit which receives the operation information; a viewing completion determination unit which determines, by use of the operation information, whether or not a user has completed viewing one or a plurality of web pages that are based on the web page data generated by the generation unit; a promotion information acquisition unit which acquires information about promotions newly acquired by the user after the user begins to view the one or plurality of web pages but before the user completes viewing all of the one or plurality of web pages; and a notification unit which performs notification processing to notify the user of the information about the newly acquired promotions if it is determined that the user has completed viewing the one or plurality of web pages.
