Disclosed in the present application are a tr069 protocol information processing method, device and computer readable storage medium. The method includes: detecting the running state of an Automatic Configuration Server (ACS), wherein the running state is used for indicating the connection state between the ACS and a remote terminal equipment CPE; if the detected running state is off-line, creating a processing procedure and establishing a session connection between the processing procedure and the CPE, wherein the processing procedure is used for responding, according to the tr069 protocol, to the information sent from the CPE to the ACS. |
