Disclosed are a coarse adjustment unit array applied to a digital controlled oscillator and related apparatuses. The coarse adjustment unit array applied to a digital controlled oscillator comprises a number X of coarse adjustment units; and each coarse adjustment unit in the coarse adjustment unit array comprises a logic unit and a number W of fine adjustment units. An input of a logic unit of a coarse adjustment unit i in the coarse adjustment unit array contains a number Y of coarse adjustment control bits and a number W of fine adjustment control bits; and the output of the logic unit of the coarse adjustment unit i is used for controlling whether a number W of fine adjustment units in the coarse adjustment unit i work. The Y is an integer greater than 1; and the X and W are integers greater than 1. According to the technical solution provided by the embodiment of the present invention, a Mismatch problem can be avoided to the greatest extent under the circumstances that the reasonable logic control bit is guaranteed, thereby improving the performance of related circuits. |
