摘要 Disclosed are a device and method for automatically straightening a scraper conveyor body at a fully mechanized coal mining face. The device comprises an elastic rod (2) and a relative pose measuring device. The elastic rod (2) is arranged between any two adjacent hydraulic supports (1). An angle sensor is arranged between the elastic rod (2) and the hydraulic support (1). The relative post measuring device comprises an elastic connector (4). The elastic connector (4) is arranged between any two adjacent intermediate grooves (3). The elastic connector (4) is provided with a strain sensor with a temperature compensation function. The angle sensors and the strain sensor are connected to a signal processing system through communication lines. The signal processing system is in communication with an electrohydraulic control system via a data transmission module. The electrohydraulic control system is connected to the hydraulic supports (1). According to the automatic straightening method, a voltage signal received by the electrohydraulic control system serves as a judgment reference, and corresponding actions are respectively implemented on the hydraulic supports (1) and the scraper conveyor in accordance with actual operating conditions, so that positioning of the hydraulic supports (1) and straightening control of the intermediate grooves (3) of the scraper conveyor are realized, the straightening period is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
