摘要 Disclosed is a method for calculating over-driven target values based on sub-pixel signal bright-dark switching. R/G/B brightness-time response curves of over-driven target values which accord with a target brightness are determined by trying the over-driven target values according to a certain sequence; response times of the R/G/B brightness-time response curves which accord with the target brightness are compared, and an over-driven target value is determined therefrom, so that over-driven target values in an over-driven table can be automatically calculated. Matching rules comprise: when a sub-pixel is switched from a low gray scale to a high gray scale, the maximum brightness of the R/G/B brightness-time response curve of the over-driven target value not exceeding 110 percent of the target brightness; and when the sub-pixel is switched from the high gray scale to the low gray scale, the minimum brightness of the R/G/B brightness-time response curve of the over-driven target value being not lower than 90 percent of the target brightness. By setting stronger brightness matching rules, rapid switching between the high gray scale and the low gray scale can be achieved in the H/L transformation, and the large visual angle and the penetration rate are also taken into consideration.
