[Solution] A portable hygiene mask and an air cleaning filter configured from a modified nonwoven fabric, said modified nonwoven fabric being obtained by modifying a nonwoven fabric by using a method that comprises a counter-collision process step for ejecting a pulp dispersion liquid from a pair of nozzles under a high pressure and colliding the thus ejected streams with each other to thereby crush the same; and a step for, after obtaining a cellulose nanofiber-containing treated liquid in the above process, coating a nonwoven fabric with cellulose nanofiber.
