Provided are a channel state information feedback, user pairing and data transmission method, device and system. The channel state information feedback device comprises: a feedback unit for feeding back channel state information to a base station, wherein the channel state information comprises a pre-coding matrix index (PMI); a first channel quality indicator (CQI1) corresponding to the PMI; and azimuthal angle reference information. By means of a new CSI feedback mechanism in the embodiments of the present invention, an eNB can avoid selecting a UE with a greater azimuthal angle for pairing and can only select or preferentially select a UE with a smaller azimuthal angle for pairing. As a result, the loss of beam forming gains of a paired UE is avoided, and the transmission performance of MUST is improved.
