The method comprises: a PCE receiving DXCPort information inside one or more nodes, wherein the DXCPort information is generated by a terminal and an adaptive actuator according to an optical fibre connection of a DXCPort; the PCE generating a DXCLink inside the one or more nodes according to the DXCPort information; and the PCE conducting path computation according to the DXCLink and a pure-electric-layer non-cascaded link.
