A new and distinct cultivar of Oak tree named ‘Fullbright’, characterized by its upwardly sweeping lateral branches forming an narrow upright tree form; freely branching habit with numerous secondary branches providing a full and densely foliated appearance; and numerous glossy dark green-colored leaves that become dark purple and orange in color during the autumn.
