A motor stator insulation framework comprises an insulation framework disk (1) internally coating a stator iron core. A plurality of pole teeth (2) wound with winding coils (3) is disposed on the outer side of the insulation framework disk (1). A plurality of hollow mounting columns (4), an integrated pressure wire terminal (5) and a plurality of independent pressure wire terminals (6) are disposed on the insulation framework disk (1). The independent pressure wire terminals (6) and the integrated pressure wire terminal (5) are provided with pressure wire grooves (7) running through the inner and outer sides of the pressure wire terminals separately. Limiting strips (8) are disposed on the inner and outer sides of the integrated pressure wire terminal (5) respectively, each limiting strip (8) being located below the corresponding pressure wire groove (7). The insulation framework disk (1) is further provided with a plurality of transversely arranged limiting columns (9), the limiting columns (9) being fixed to the mounting columns (4) and/or the independent pressure wire terminals (6). This structure can not only effectively protect an enameled wire, but also reduce the mounting difficulty of a motor and improve the production efficiency, and can avoid potential safety hazards and effectively guarantee the service life. |
