摘要 An LTPS technology-based palm print identification circuit (200), a palm print identification method and a display screen. The palm print identification circuit (200) comprises: an optical signal collection unit (201) for collecting an optical signal indicating palm print information, and converting the collected optical signal into an electrical current signal, wherein the optical signal is obtained by light emitted by backlight being reflected by a palm print of a user; a current signal amplification unit (202) connected to the optical signal collection unit (201) for amplifying the converted current signal; and a current signal detection unit (203) connected to the current signal amplification unit (202) for detecting the intensity of the amplified current signal, wherein the intensity of the current signal indicates a ridge line or a valley line of the palm print in the palm print information. The invention fills the technical gap that there is no palm print identification circuit and method regarding an LTPS-TFT display panel on the market, and eliminates, at the same time, the influence of a parasitic capacitance variation generated by a circuit process variation and a wiring method change on an identification result during an identification process.
