Disclosed is a paranasal sinus dilatation flusher which comprises a bladder dilatation tube (2), an inflating tube (4) and a flushing tube (3). The bladder dilatation tube (2) comprises a tube body (12), and the middle part of the tube body (12) is an air passage (10) which communicates with air. A dumbbell-like air bladder (11) is attached to the outer side wall of the tube body (12). One end of the inflating tube (4) communicates with the cavity of the bladder (11), and the port of the other end is enlarged, and is plugged by a rubber block (7). The flushing tube (3) runs through the wall of the tube body (12) of the bladder dilatation tube (2) along the longitudinal axis, with one end being fixed on a nasal vestibule plug (1), and the other end being free. The bladder dilatation tube (2) of the paranasal sinus dilatation flusher can be placed in the natural ostium of the maxillary sinus, and the maxillary ostium can be forced to be enlarged by the bladder dilatation tube (2), so that the maxillary ostium can be treated by means of dilatation, the structure is simple, and the cost is low. |
