Disclosed are an information interaction processing method, system and terminal. The information interaction processing method comprises: a server receives target data recommendation information, a preset time for responding to the recommendation information and target data sent by a first terminal; according to the recommendation information, the server finds in a database a second terminal matching the recommendation information; the server sends a target data interaction request to the found second terminal, so that after confirming and responding to the interaction request, the second terminal sends response information to the server; the server confirms whether the time of receiving the response information satisfies a preset time requirement; when the time of receiving the response information satisfies the preset time requirement, the server sends the target data to the second terminal which sent the response information, so that the second terminal uses a product certificate to implement target data interaction. The present invention enables the first terminal to select from within a predetermined number of eligible servers a second terminal to ultimately perform interaction, thereby increasing the degree of information matching and the interaction efficiency. |
