A constant throughput through the packaging system is achieved in that the central controller (26) determines at least the actual speed of the inlet belts (4) and the outlet belts (6) of the packaging devices (2) and of the conveyor belt (10) and in that the central controller (26) determines at least the actual packing density of the inlet belts (4) and the outlet belts (6) of the packaging devices (2) and of the conveyor belt (10), and in that the central controller (26) determines at least target speeds for the inlet belts (4) and the outlet belts (6) of the packaging devices (2) and for the conveyor belt (10) in accordance with the actual packing density and the actual speeds. |
