[Problem] To provide an optical product or the like that is capable of achieving both excellent anti-reflectivity and high heat-resistance while having a simple configuration. [Solution] An optical product provided with an optical multilayer film formed on one or both sides of a substrate directly or via an intermediate layer. The optical multilayer film has five or more layers of a low-refractive-index layer and a high-refractive-index layer layered in alternating fashion. The high-refractive-index layer includes a zirconium dioxide layer in which the atmospheric refractive index related to light have a wavelength of 500 nanometers is 2.11 or higher. The total physical thickness of the zirconium dioxide layers having an atmospheric refractive index of 2.11 or higher is 20% or more of the overall physical thickness of the optical multilayer film.
