The present invention discloses a method of controlling communication of a base station and an application server in an intelligent transportation system, and a device and system utilizing the same, implementing control over communication between a base station and an application server in an intelligent transportation system when adopting the base station as a road side unit (RSU). The method comprises: determining, by a VFM entity, according to a corresponding relationship between an identifier of a first transmission channel and an identifier of a second transmission channel, the identifier of the second transmission channel corresponding to the identifier of the first transmission channel in service data information in the application server of the intelligent transportation system, wherein the second transmission channel is used for communication between services of the VFM entity and base station and transmit, according to the determined identifier of the second transmission channel, service data to the base station; or determining the identifier of the first transmission channel corresponding to the identifier of the second transmission channel in service data information of the base station, wherein the first transmission channel is used for communication between a service of the application server of the intelligent transportation system and the VFM entity and transmit, according to the determined identifier of the first transmission channel, service data to the application server of the intelligent transportation system. |
