A regeneration method of an ink box and the ink box regenerated by the method. The ink box (1, 2) comprises a main body having a plurality of surfaces and a chamber (112, 211) arranged therein; an air inlet channel (120, 220), one end of the air inlet channel having an air inlet connected with the chamber, and the other end of the air inlet channel being connected with atmosphere; an ink outlet (114, 214) connected with the chamber; and a first negative pressure controlling machine (16, 26). The main body comprises a first side and a second side. A first negative pressure controlling mechanism is located on the first side of the main body, and the ink outlet is located in the first side of the main body, and the second side is opposite to the first side. The regeneration method of the ink box includes the steps of: A. forming a through hole (110, 210) in one surface of the main body, and at least part of the through hole is located in the second side and connected with the main body; B. placing a second negative pressure control mechanism (17, 27) into the chamber through the through hole, so that the second negative pressure control mechanism is located on the second side of the chamber; C. sealing the through hole. Because the second negative pressure control mechanism is added in the chamber, the adsorption power in the chamber is enough to maintain the negative pressure inside the ink box and it is difficult to leak ink from the ink outlet. |
