A clamping structure (100). The clamping structure (100) is used for clamping and releasing an electronic device (400). The clamping structure (100) comprises a first movable element (10), a cushion element (90), and a clutch structure (50). The clutch structure (50) is connected to the first movable element (10) and the cushion element (90). The cushion element (90) is arranged on the first movable element (10) and is capable of moving relative to the first movable element (10). When the first movable element (10) is abutted against the clutch structure (50), the first movable element (10) is linked with the clutch structure (50); when the first movable element (10) is separated from the clutch structure (50), the cushion element (90) is linked with the clutch structure (50) and makes a reciprocating motion relative to the first movable element (10). The clamping structure (100) is capable of linkedly clamping and releasing the electronic device (400) from multiple directions, thus facilitating operation.
