Provided is a drug packaging device with which it is possible to facilitate the assembly and adjustment of a packaging transfer unit. This drug packaging device comprises a fixed clamping part (511) that is unable to move in the direction of transfer of packages (3, 4), and that is constituted so as to able to clamp and open the package, and a movable clamping part (521) that is provided so as to be able to move forward and backward along the package transfer path, and is constituted so as to be able to clamp and open the package, wherein the following operations are repeated: the fixed clamping part opens a package, and with the movable clamping part clamping the package, the movable clamping part advances along the package transfer path; and with the fixed clamping part clamping the package, and with the movable clamping part opening the package, the movable clamping part moves backward along the package transfer path. |
