In this extraction device, when a reception unit (31) receives a first request, an acquisition unit (34) acquires, from a product information storage unit (32), information about a set of products that match the search query included in the first request. An extraction unit (35) extracts some of the set of products as a first group of products, and a presentation unit (36) presents, to a user, a first response specifying actions that the user can take for each individual product of the first group of products. Then if the user has taken an action for one of the first group of products, then information about the product for which the user has taken the action is stored in a terminal information storage unit (33). Then if a second request is received, the extraction unit (35) refers to the terminal information storage unit (33), identifies the product for which the user took the action, and extracts some of the aforementioned set of products, other than the first group of products, as a second group of products on the basis of the identified product. The presentation unit (36) then presents a second response to the user using the same procedure that was used for the first response. |
