The present invention relates to the technical field of electronic devices and specifically relates to a user information preconfiguration structure and method for a smart device. Constructed is the user information preconfiguration structure comprising a user information online acquisition component, a cloud information storage and query component, an identity component, and a local personalized information configuration component. User information is inputted by a user and stored to the cloud information storage and query component. Before a smart device is shipped from factory, necessary information is extracted by the cloud information storage and query component to generate an encrypted packet, which is stored on the device. When the smart device is acquired, the identity component identifies a network and connects the device to the network, collects current user information on the smart device, then compares with the user information in the cloud information storage and query component, and automatically configures the smart device if the information match each other. Information configuration for the smart device is automatically completed on the first time the smart device of the present technical solution is used, thus obviating the inconvenience of the user having to configure by self upon first use. |
