摘要 The method for the manufacture of bio-methane and eco-methane according to the present invention consists in hydrogasification of a mixture of bio-carbon and fossil carbon in a carbon hydrogasification reactor using bio-hydrogen obtained in a reactor for the production of bio-hydrogen from a mixture of bio-methane with steam in the presence of a catalyst. That mixture is preheated by a heating gas that is heated up in a preheater and flows around tubes in the bio-hydrogen production reactor. The raw gas formed, after purification, is subjected to separation into hydrogen and methane sent to a hydrogen production process and to a gas distribution pipeline. The hot mixture of hydrogen and CO2 leaving the bio-hydrogen production reactor is subjected to cooling down in a waste heat boiler and, subsequently, separation into bio-methane sent to the carbon hydrogasification reactor and CO2 sent to the CO2 sequestration process. The system for the manufacture of methane consists of a first reactor (1) for the hydrogasification of a mixture of bio-carbon and carbon prepared by a carbon feed preparation unit (25) connected to a biomass pyrolysis reactor (2) and a carbon conveyor (24) and fed by a carbon mixture conveyor (26) to the first reactor (1) connected to a vapour and gas separator (5), said separator having a hydrogen outlet connected to the first reactor (1) and to a burner (14) in a preheater (9) and a methane outlet connected to a third reactor (3) and a pipeline (20b) to a gas distribution pipeline. In addition, the third reactor (3) has a heating gas nozzle (10d) connected via pipeline (10) to the preheater (9), and the outlet of that gas is connected via pipeline (10a) to a heat exchanger (9a) of the preheater (9). The outlet of the mixture of hydrogen and CO2 from the third reactor (3) is connected via pipeline (10b) to a heat exchanger (4a) in the waste heat boiler (4) and, subsequently, to a hydrogen gas separator (8) whose hydrogen outlet is connected via pipelines (18a) and (18b) to the first reactor (1) and the CO2 outlet is connected via CO2 pipeline (10e) to a CO2 sequestration system.
