An ultrasonic scanning probe and an ultrasonic imaging system. The ultrasonic scanning probe comprises a shell (1), an acoustic window (2) with a thin film (21), an energy converter (3) capable of penetrating through the thin film (21) to emit ultrasonic waves for scanning tissues to be detected and a driving mechanism (4) capable of driving the movement of the energy converter (3); the acoustic window (2) is connected onto the shell (1); the energy converter (3) and the driving mechanism (4) are arranged in the shell (1); the thin film (21) is located at one side of the energy converter (3), facing the tissues to be detected; the thin film (21) has ultrasonic permeability; and the thin film (21) is pre-tensioned before the ultrasonic scanning probe is operated and keeps a tensioned state during the working process. The thin film (21) is pre-tensioned and keeps the tensioned state during the working process, tissues of a human body can be squeezed and fixed better and unnecessary displacement and deformation of the tissues of the human body are avoided, so the quality of an acquired image is guaranteed, while a sensitive region of a person being examined will not easily experience pain during scanning.
