[Solution] A medicine packing device 10 comprises: a medicine preparing and dispensing unit 20; a packing unit 150; a pre-packing imaging unit 100 to read identification information attached to the medicine at a stage before the medicine is packaged by the packing unit 150; an individual supplying unit 60 that can individually supply medicine received from the medicine preparing and dispensing unit 20 side to the pre-packing imaging unit 100 side; and a controlling unit 200. The individual supplying unit 60 comprises: a receiving unit 72 to receive medicine from the medicine preparing and dispensing unit 20 side; and a delivering device 64 that can perform delivery operations to deliver the medicine by holding the medicine individually in the receiving unit 72 and releasing the same toward the pre-packing imaging unit 100 side. The controlling unit 200 performs inspections on the basis of the identification information read in the pre-packing imaging unit 100.
