A method of producing a secretome secreted by a mesenchymal stem cell or dendritic cell comprising at least one biological property of said cell wherein the method comprises at least one period of treating the cells with Ringer's lactate solution and/or Vitamin D. The novel production method results in a high increase in the amount of RNA in the secretome. A further advantage is in particular the high amount of miR in the secretome and other factors such as neprilysin and HGF. Thus the present invention allows the person skilled in the art to produce secretomes specifically for certain diseases. |
