A drug supply device is provided with a drug supply section body for supplying drugs, and a drug pathway section for guiding a drug that has been supplied by the drug supply section body to a package for packaging the drug. The drug pathway section is provided with an inlet into which a drug enters from above, an outlet from which the drug exits downward, and a connecting part for connecting the inlet with the outlet. The inlet and the outlet are provided as mutually separate bodies. The connecting part is provided as a separate body from the inlet and the outlet and is connected to the inlet and the outlet so that position can be adjusted.
