This hard coat film 10 comprises a hard coat layer 2 on a transparent film base material 1, the hard coat layer 2 containing fine particles A and an ionizing radiation-curable resin. The fine particles A are organic particles. The difference in the refractive indices of the ionizing radiation-curable resin and the fine particles A in the hard coat layer 2 is greater than 0.001 and at most 0.050, and the film thickness T from the ionizing radiation-curable resin in the hard coat layer 2 is 0.7-2.0 times the average particle size of the fine particles A. |
