Disclosed is a breathable and air-permeable pillow, comprising a pillow body (1), and a base (2) arranged at the bottom of the pillow body (1), wherein air-permeable grooves (20) are provided on the base (2), the air-permeable grooves (20) are exposed out of the bottom surface of the base (2), and the air-permeable grooves (20) run through the edges of the base (2); and the pillow body (1) is provided with a plurality of air-permeable holes (10) running through the top and bottom of the pillow body, and each of the air-permeable holes (10) is in communication with the air-permeable grooves (20). The base (2) is arranged on the bottom of the pillow body (1), the base (2) is provided with air-permeable grooves (20) running through the edges of the base, and the pillow body (1) is provided with air-permeable holes (10) running through the top and bottom of the pillow body, the air-permeable holes (10) being in communication with the air-permeable grooves (20); and thus, air ventilation can be effectively performed inside and outside the whole pillow, so as to reduce the generation of waste gases and harmful substances, thereby keeping the pillow body dry and clean, improving the user's sleep quality, protecting the user's health, and improving the user's experience. |
