Provided is an electromagnetic valve drive, comprising a ferromagnetic yoke structure with a H-shaped coil carrier having the two side plate yokes, on each of which a pole shoe plate body is attached by separate attachment measures. The two side plate yokes are connected by a yoke core, on which a coil sits, the coil being flanked on the outer circumference by two pole shoe plate bodies. At which the coil is remote from the outer side of the pole shoe plate body, a movable armature member exists for driving a valve member. The valve member is preferably directly from the armature member. By respect to the design of a coil carrier of the pole shoe plate body, there is the advantageous possibility; since the coil is wound on the yoke core before the pole shoe plate bodies are mounted so as to achieve as large pole faces as possible and achieve very high power densities at the drive side. The manufacturing method of the electromagnetic valve drive and a solenoid valve equipped with the same are also provided. |
