PURPOSE:To produce a green compact of Fe-base soft-magnetic alloy having superior soft-magnetic properties by blending specific percentages of Fe, Co, Si, Al, B, Nb, etc. CONSTITUTION:A green compact of an Fe-base soft-magnetic alloy having a composition represented by general formula (Fe1-xMx)100-a-b-c-dSiaAlbBcM'd is prepared. In the formula, M means Co and/or Ni, M' means one or more elements selected from Nb, Mo, Zr, W, Ta, Hb, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Y, Pd, Ru, Ga, Ge, C, and P, (x) stands for 0-0.5 by atomic ratio, and the symbols (a), (b), (c), and (d) stand for, by atom, 0-24%, 1-20%, 4-30%, and 0-10%, respectively. Moreover, It is preferable that >=at least 30% of the structure be composed of crystalline substance (fine crystalline grains) and the crystalline substance consists of bcc solid solution composed essentially of iron and, further, M' means Nb. By this method, the new green compact of Fe-base soft-magnetic alloy excellent in soft-magnetic properties and having sufficient saturation magnetic flux density can be obtained. |
