The device (1) has a displacement unit for exerting a translation of a structural element against a covering membrane to set tension in a range of initial tension of the covering membrane and to ensure shaping of the covering membrane. An elastic prestressing unit allows compensation of a creep of the covering membrane by displacement of the device. An end of an arch is connected to a shoe (5) that is connected to a fixing body (2) connected to a building structure. A threaded stem (14) is interposed between the shoe and the fixing body to relocate the shoe relative to the fixing body. |
